Kevin is an experienced and passionate attorney who finds the most meaningful and challenging work to be standing up for underdog clients against the government, insurance companies and large corporations.  This has lead him to focus his practice on representing individuals in criminal defense, personal injury and employment law matters.

For over a decade, Kevin has represented clients in Los Angeles and throughout Southern California charged with anything from first-time misdemeanors facing small fines and probation (e.g. DUI, Petty Theft, Trespassing) to violent felonies facing thousands of dollars of fines and several years in prison (e.g. Assault, Domestic Violence, Robbery) in every criminal courthouse and DMV driver safety office in Los Angeles and Orange County in addition to Ventura, Riverside, Kern, San Bernardino and San Diego counties.

Kevin also has extensive civil litigation experience, representing clients throughout the state of California in employment law matters including wrongful termination to wage and hour violations and personal injury matters ranging from automobile accidents to premises liability, where Kevin has obtained numerous favorable six-figure awards for his clients.
